    Beef stew meat, lean
    1 Bottle of worcestershire sauce
    1 pkg Rice a Roni, beef flavored


Cook Rice a Roni according to package directions. In a large pan cook stew meat in worcestershire sauce. Add water to dilute and cook meat. Mix cooked rice in with stew meat and sauce. Stir well. Serve with vegetables. Makes about 4 servings.
