Ingredients

    * 365 Asparagus Stir Fry, 4 cup
    * *Edamame, Shelled, Frozen, 1 cup
    * *Tofu Shirataki (tofu noodles), 8 oz
    * Garlic, 1.5 tsp
    * Spinach, frozen, 0.5 cup

Directions

Boil shelled edamame for approx 5 minutes. Boil shiratiki noodles for 2-3 minutes. Combine asparagus stir fry, frozen spinach, noodles and edamame in a wok with a small amount of EVOO and a little bit of coconut oil. Add spices as desired and cook, covered for 10 minutes.
