Introduction

This is so easy & quick to make, not the lowest in fat, but very satisifying, and healthier than fast food! You can add veggies or anything to your liking. You may substitute reduced fat cheese (any kind) to lower the fat/ calorie content. This is so easy & quick to make, not the lowest in fat, but very satisifying, and healthier than fast food! Ingredients

    1 Whole wheat tortilla
    1/2 c.fat free refried beans
    1/4 c.kraft mexican style cheese
    1/4 c.tostitos salsa

Directions

Spread 1/2 c. fat free refried beans on a whole wheat tortilla. (1 can beans will make 4 burritos). Sprinkle cheese on top. Roll up burrito style and place in sprayed baking sheet. Top with salsa and an extra sprinkle of cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. ( I base cooking time on 8 burritos in a pan for the family).
