Introduction
This is a recipe I adapted from another recipe on SP (Shaken' Bake Scallops). I couldn't find the Garlic & Herb Shake-N-Bake, so I used Old Bay Garlic & Herb seasoning. You can adjust the amount of Old Bay seasoning according to how spicy you would like this to be. This is a recipe I adapted from another recipe on SP (Shaken' Bake Scallops). Ingredients
-
16 oz. raw scallops (small)
1 1/2 packages Shake-N-Bake
1 - 2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning (the more you use..the spicier it will taste...I used 1 1/2)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray baking sheet with PAM.
Place Shake-N-Bake & Old Bay seasoning in bag, then add scallops.
Coat scallops & place on baking sheet.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
I served this with Jasmine rice. It's slightly sweet taste was a nice contrast to the spice of the scallops.
