*Parmesean Cheese - Grated, 2 tbsp (remove)

Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, .08 tsp (remove)

Directions

Place salmon skin side down (can also be done with skin removed which I prefer) in a greased 11x7x2 inch baking dish. Spread 1 Tbsp mayo over each fillet. Combine the pecans, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley and butter. Spoon over fillets and press onto salmon. Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
FOR THE SAUCE:
combine the cucumber, yogurt, dill and garlic powder, mix well and serve with the salmon.
