Introduction

This tastes like dessert but is actually a protein shake in disguise. Basically just a fun way for me to bump up my protein. Esp. on weight lifting days when i'm already drinking one protein powder shake, this makes for nice variety.
Plus it's tasty.

Ingredients

    1 Box of Mori-Nu Firm Silken Tofu
    1/2 Banana
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Serving (2 scoops) Biochem Vegan Protein Powder, vanilla flavor

Directions

Makes 2 servings of 3/4 cup or so each.

Peel banana, slice in half (put away other half) and cut up into slices or small pieces.

Dump the banana and everything else into blender and blend until smooth.

Eat or refrigerate (or freeze!) and enjoy later.

    so great! good with different flavors of protein as well.... If I am not watching my carbs, I will dip apple slices in the pudding. - 11/18/12
