Ingredients

    3 cups mashed potatoes
    1 cup cooked mashed cauliflower
    1/2 cup cooked green beans mashed
    Salt 1 dash
    1tsp turmeric
    1 tsp cumin powder
    1/2 tsp chili powder (red, indian)
    Egg fresh and beaten lightly for breading
    Bread crumbs 1 and half cup
    flaxseed 1/2 cup mixed in with bread crumb
    Canola or veg oil 1/2 cup for shallow frying

    Combine the potato, vegetables, salt and spices and mix well. Then take icecream scoop and use to get 1/2 scoop of mixture. form into ball, roll in egg and breadcrumb then saute in oil on medium temperature heat. remove from oil and place on paper to absorb excess oil. Eat with any entree or as a snack.

makes 12 - 14 servings. Each small potato patty is about 1 tblsp scoop of mixture formed into a ball or disc.
