    # Black Olives, canned (small-extra large), 8 tbsp (remove)
    # Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
    # Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)
    # Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    # Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 12 oz (remove)
    # *CHEESE - Parmensan Cheese (Jewel), 16 tsp (remove)

Directions

place all ingredient in cock pot ( expect for spinach)
cook for 4hour
boil noodles ,drain
layer noodles ,sauces ,spinach,cheese,noodles sauces,spinach,cheese,ect
top with parmensan cheese
bake at 350 for 45 mins
