    2 pounds ground beef
    1 can spaghetti suace
    1 package of mushrooms
    3 cans kidney beans
    chilli seasoning

put burger in crockpot with all other ingredients and cook on low in crockpot for 8 hours perfect for family's that work so dinner can be done when you get home. break mushrooms up into small or medium pieces, can add a can of tomatoes too just dont forget to add it to your meal plan
