Ingredients

    minced beef
    passata
    tomotoe ketchup
    black pepper
    balasmic vinger
    paprika and all purpose

Directions

brown the mince, whilst browning add seasoning (can add onions and red pepper is which to make it more chunky).
Then add tomotoe ketchup, passatta (or tin of chopped tomoatoes) and rest of ingretients.

Add more seaoning if required. Cook for minimum of 25 minutes depending on tenderness of mince.
