Ingredients

    Canned tuna in water- 5 ounce can
    Spinach fresh- 1 and 1/2 cups
    1 medium tomato
    2 tablespoons Kraft mayo with olive oil (reduced fat)
    1 tablespoons shredded parmesean cheese
    2 whole wheat tortillas
    1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

Mix mayo, tuna and lemon juice together.
divide all ingredients( as this recipe makes 2 servings)
On a whole wheat tortilla- add tuna, 3/4 cup spinach, 1/2 sliced tomato, and 1 teaspoon of shredded parmesean cheese.
