Introduction

In a large saucepan, cook and stir the onioin, celery, sweet pepper, carrot, and parsley in the olive oil until onion is tender. Add the undrained tomatoes, sauce, and rest of seasonings. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-60 minutes. Tangy, and sweet sauce.....SUPER DELICIOUS! I serve it with whole wheat linguine noodles..... nutrition info is for the sauce only.
