    onions 4 small scallions chopped
    garlic 1 tbs
    celery .5 cup diced
    rice vinegar 4 bsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Serve on bread with lettuce.

    Very Good
    I forgot to add the rice vinegar, I used olive oil instead and I also added about a 1/4 cup fresh parsley. It was a nice change. I like variety, but lack creativity when it comes to tuna. - 8/19/09
