    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 4 tbsp (remove)
    Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 1 cup, crushed (remove)
    Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp or 1 packet (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, .2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Old bay, 1 serving (remove)
    Lump crab, 16 oz (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)


Chop finely celery and green onion. Crush saltines. Add lump crab, mayo ,mustard (I use spicy) , saltines, celery, green onions, egg and mix. Then add old bay and pepper to taste. Make cakes 1/2 c. each. Broil on high for 6 minutes per side.
