Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic crushed
1 jar chunky garden style spaghetti sauce-garlic and onion
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed beef broth (undiluted)
    2 cups water
    1 cup sliced celery
    1 tea sugar
    1/2 tea pepper
1 (10oz) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 (16oz) package frozen soup veggies

Directions

Brown ground beef with garlic and onion
Drain meat.
Combine spaghetti sauce( I used one with garlic and onion), ground beef mixture, beef broth, 2 cups water, 1 cup sliced celery, 1 teasponn sugar and 1/2 tea pepper. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occassionally. Stir in tomatoes( I used Red Gold Diced with Green Chilis) and veggies, return to a boil. Cover and simmer 10-12 min or until veggies are tender. Soup flavor intensifies after a day or so. Makes 3 quarts.
