Ingredients

    beef sirloin tips
    uncle ben's long grain n wild rice sun-dried tomato florentine
    college inn fat free low sodium beef broth
    cornstarch

Directions

1. start with the box of rice. it takes the longest. follow directions on the box.

2. about 15 minutes into the rice, begin cooking your meat. season it with whatever you like, just remember the calculate in the additional nutritional facts.

3. cook the meat til your desired done-ness then add the 14.5 oz can of beef broth. heat to a boil. while waiting for that to boil, make your cornstarch slurry. take about 5 T of slurry, give or take a little and add just enough cold water to mix well.

4. once broth is boiling slowly add and stir in the slurry mix.

5. ur done! :) pour gravy and meat on top of rice... enjoy! :)
