Ingredients

Nonstick Spray
2 T Finely chopped onion
1 T Minced garlic
Pepper, crushed red pepper, cayenne
0.5 tsp powdered ginger
1 T hoisin sauce
2.5 T Natural Peanut Butter (smooth style)
0.25 C Vegetable broth
2 T Rice vinegar (NOT SEASONED)
Scant tsp Black Sesame Seeds
Water
2 cups whole wheat linguine
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions
In a small, non stick pan, with a little non stick spray, cook the onions and garlic with the spices for approximately 2-3 minutes. Add hoisin and peanut butter, and whisk. Add the vegetable broth, whisk, and remove from the heat. Add the vinegar, and if needed, add water to thin to the consistency of thickened cream, or a cheese sauce/fondue. It should pour easily, but still have some body to it. Add the sesame seeds, and pour over warm pasta. Toss to combine.
