Ingredients

    1 lb. ground venison
    2 large eggs
    1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 packet dry onion soup mix
    1 cup dry bread crumbs
    1/2 cup ketchup

Directions

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 60 minutes
Pan Type: 8" x 11" baking meatloaf pan


Venison Meatloaf Recipe Directions
Preheat Oven.

In a large mixing bowl combine the ground venison, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, dry onion soup, bread crumbs and ketchup.
Mix until the venison is well blended.
Place venison meatloaf into a pan and shape into loaf.
Bake venison meatloaf recipe 2 for the allotted time.

Note: I like to top my venison meatloaf with ketchup for added color and flavor.

    Very Good
    Used quick-cooking oats in place of bread crumbs. Very flavorful, but on the dry side. Fortunately, dry is how hubby likes his meatloaf! It's a southern thang. - 1/7/13
