A yummy, quick, and gluten free chili. A yummy, quick, and gluten free chili.
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1 pound extra lean ground beef
    1 can black beans
    1 can white beans
    2 cans kidney beans
    4 small cans crushed tomatoes with chilies
    1 small can (5 or 6 oz) tomato paste
    1/4 cup brown mustard
    2 tbsp chili powder
    1 tbsp pepper
    1 tsp salt
    dash ground ginger

Directions

Drain and wash all the beans. Drain all the tomatoes, except for one can. Add whatever spices you like. I add a dash of ground ginger. Set on low in a crock pot for 8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours. Stir occasionally.

Typically makes 14 one cup servings.
