Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

5 cups chopped and stewed tomatoes, with skins and seeds
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
    Worcestershire Sauce to taste
    1 12-oz can evaporated milk

Directions

If you are using freshly chopped and stewed tomatoes, prep time is minimal, as all you have to do is add the rest of the ingredients and warm. If you have tomatoes stewed and frozen, thaw the tomatoes.

Put tomatoes into the blender and puree. Add to a medium sauce pot, along with the can of evaporated milk, salt, pepper and W. sauce. Stir well and allow to heat, then serve.

Very simple and fairly low calorie - let's you get that wonderful summery tomato taste without a lot of trouble!

Makes approximately 6 1-cup servings. If you really like tomatoes like I do, it's probably going to be hard not to just eat the whole thing at once.
