Ingredients

    1 Tbsp olive oil (extra virgin is best)
    1 small onion, sliced
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 cup green beans (cut to 1 inch length)
    1 cup grape tomatoes
    salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

Steam green beans to soften just a bit.
Heat Oil.
Quickly fry onion and garlic till translucent
Add beans and tomatoes and fry for 1 minute.
Season with Salt and Pepper.

Serve warm.
