Ingredients



    * Ricotta Cheese, whole milk, 1.5 cup
    * Frozen Bread Dough 1/8 of loaf=1 serving, 8 serving
    * *Shredded Mozzerella Cheese, 1 cup
    * Spinach, frozen, 2 cup
    * Mushrooms, sliced I cup
    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 8 tbsp
    * Large egg, beaten


Directions

Defrost frozen bread dough till room temp. and let rise till doubled in size. Punch down and divide into 8 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a 6-8 inch circle

Saute Mushrooms and spinach in olive oil.
Mix cheeses and beaten egg together. Season with salt, pepper, dash of garlic salt.

On half of each dough circle, divide cheese mixture and spinach/mushroom mixture equally to each. Wet edge slightly with water, fold dough over mixture, and seal well with tines of fork. Poke several air holes on top of each calzone. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
Enjoy with marinara sauce for dipping (not included in recipe/calorie counts)
