You can vary the recipe by tring dried cranberries, walntus, raisins, etc. You can also add a sweetner such as stevia or succanat if you prefer. Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1.5 cup
    chopped apricots, dired, unsweetened, .5 cup
    blueberries, dried, unsweetened, .5 cup
    almonds, sliced, .5 cup
    Pumpkin seeds, .25 cup
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .25 cup, hulled
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Almond extract, 1 tsp
    water, 2 tsp

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except cinnamon, vanilla, almond, and water, in a non-stick electric skillet. Cook, stirring every few minutes, until oats just turn brown. Turn off heat.
Combine cinnamon, vanilla, almond, and water; mix. Pour into granola mixture and stir to coat evenly.
Divide into portions and/or store in freezer or fridge.
