Ingredients

    1 box Ronzoni penne pasta
    3 servings HEB Reduced Sodium Lean Meatballs (cut into 1/4's)
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    1 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano
    2 small zucchini (5.6 oz total wt)
    1 med green pepper (3.1 oz total wt)
    2.8 oz part skim mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp grated parmesan

Directions

Bake in 9 x 13 casserole dish

makes 6 servings

Cook pasta and warm meatballs. Then combine all ingredients except cheeses together and pour in dish. Cover with cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
