    -1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas (drained and rinsed if using canned)
    -1/4 cup vegan mayo
    -1/3 cup minced celery
    -2.5 tbsp pickle relish
    -1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
    -1 green onion (scallion)
    -1 tbsp soy sauce
    -pepper to taste
