Ingredients

    Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can
    Croutons, seasoned, 1 cup
*Wasa Fiber Rye Crispbread 1 slice
*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard ( I used brown coarse deli mustard)
6 tbsp Light Ranch Salad Dressing, 6 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large

Directions

Place Croutons and Wasa bread/cracker crisps in a baking dish. Drain liquid from salmon over croutons. Let croutons set for 5 minutes. Add eggs and stir with a fork, crushing croutons. Add salmon and mustard. Mix well, form ingrdients into a loaf.

Bake at 350 or to the right temp for your oven. Mine I found I had to turn it up to 375. For 45 minutes to an hour, or till set , hot, and browned as you like it.
