Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1 Cup Pineapple Juice
    1 Large Egg (optional)
    3 TBSP Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
    0.50 Cup Honey
4-6 Pineapple Slices, Crushed / Chopped to preference
    2.5 TSP Sea Salt
    1.25 Cup White Bread Flour
    3.25 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    3 TSP Active Dry Yeast

Directions

Add ingredients in the order listed, making sure that flour sits on top of liquid and yeast doesn't come into contact with liquid or sugars until the bread maker gets to that point in it's cycle.

Make a small (half inch deep) depression in the flour for the Yeast.

Run on Whole Wheat 2LB Cycle (about 3.5 hours on my machine).

Number of Servings: 14
