Ingredients

    1 cup Fiber One Cereal
    1 Cup Country Choice Organic Multi Grain Cereal
    1 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 cup Trader Joe's Super Cranberry & Pomegranate Blend Dried Fruit
    1/2 cup liquid egg white substitute
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    3 Tbsp + 1 tsp. splenda
    1/4 cup water

Directions

Mix all together well. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Bake in a preheated 375 degree over for 20 min.

Makes 12 muffin tops
