Ingredients

Whole Wheat Flour ( No Name ) 2 cups
Bos Red Mill Organic Quinoa Flour 1 1/8 cup
Rice flour - brown, 1 cup
Multigrain Flour ( Robin Hood) 3/4 cup
Bob’s Red Mill Organice Spelt flour ,1 1/8 cup
Organice honey (pasterized), 2 tbsp (remove)
a dash of Ascorbic Acid powder
    *Canola Oil, (1/4cup )
    Water, tap, 660ml or 2 3/4 cups
    Quick-Rise Instant Yeast ( Fleishmann's) 1.5 tbsp
    *Coarse sea salt, 1.5 tsp

Directions

Combine dry ingredients ( flours and sea salt) in a kitchen aid bowl to total 6 cups. ( not YEAST)

IN a large glass jug combine wet ingredients yeast , until frothy. Then add to flours mix and knead in mixer for 10 min.....it should clean the sides of the bowl.
Remive and place in greased metal bowl to rest 10 - 15 min....
Shape into leaves ( 2 ) and place in sprayed or greased loaf pans.

Preheat oven to 325 F
Allow loaves to rise in draft free warm place till double in size ( approx 1 hour) ...bake in oven for about 35 min till golden and it sounds hollow when tapped.
Turn out onto cooling racks, when they are completely cool ( if you can wait that long) cut into 12 slices per loaf.
This is a dense nutty tasting loaf...perfect to have with soup
Time to prepare does not include 1 hour for rising. ( this may vary depending on the temp in your kitchen )
