Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Tbs. olive oil
    1 lb. crimini mushrooms, sliced
    4 oz. petite baby carrots, sliced
    1/4 cup chopped red onion
    6 oz. frozen spinach
    6 oz. leftover O'Charley's Prime Time Prime Rib
    1 cup leftover O'Charley's Broccoli
    2 Tbs. House of Tsang Korean Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
    Garlic powder to taste
    Salt to taste

Directions

Heat olive oil in skillet.

Saute onions, mushrooms, and carrots for 5 minutes. Add frozen spinach. While spinach is heating, slice leftover prime rib into thin strips and cut strips into 1-inch pieces. Chopped leftover broccoli. Add prime rib and broccoli and heat. Add garlic powder and salt to taste.

Serve with brown rice.
