Introduction

Tasty steak fajitas using no salt, butter, or oil in cooking! Tasty steak fajitas using no salt, butter, or oil in cooking!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb lean steak
    2 cups Rice A Roni spanish rice (prepare using no oil or butter)
    1 can Muir Glen organic diced tomatoes(use un spanish rice)
    1 red pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    1 green pepper
    1 meduim onion
    8 flour tortillas (fajita size)
    1 cup lettuce
    1/2 cup sour cream

Directions

-Make Rice a roni according to box with tomotoes(no oil or butter)
-Slice steak into thin strips and brown in frying pan till desired doneness
-Saute onion and peppers in a couple tbs of water until desired doness (soft, still crunshy, browned)
-Add 1/8 of all ingredients onto one tortilla, enjoy!
