Introduction
Makes a nice cake like bread, kind of a non descript taste which is good, you can add nuts, raisins, ect to differ it. Reminds me of bran muffins. Ingredients

2 C. Flax Seed Meal
1 T. Baking Powder
2 T. Artificial Sweetner
2 Eggs
3 *egg replacer*
1/2 C. water
1/3 C. oil
Directions
mix dry ingred. then add wet, mix with a wisk. Batter will be like a cake mix. Pour into an 8 x 8 prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Vary the recipe by adding nuts, raisins, dried fruit. I imagine the possibilities are endless. Cool and cut into 12 pieces.
