1 tsp. lime juice
1 celery stalk diced
1/4 avocado diced
1 Tbsp. Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
3 pinches of Sesame/Ginger Blend (Harris Teeter)
2 romaine lettuce leaves, whole
salt and pepper to taste

Thaw out cooked small shrimp. Add shrimp to celery, lime juice, avocado, sesame/ginger blend and mayonnaise. Mix together and serve on romaine lettuce leaves.
