Ingredients

    Deer Tenderloin
    Light Red Kidney Beans
    Diced canned tomatoes
    Chili powder
    Red Onion
    Celery
    lighth olive oil

Directions

saute celery and onions in a little oil (your choice) until tender. While that is working in the pan, dice the deer tenders into small bite sized cubes. (I soak my deer over night in onion salt and water to get the gamey taste out).

Add deer meat to sauteed veggies, and brown. When meet is browned, add 2 cans of light kidney beans, and 1 can of diced tomatoes.

Stir to mix, add chili powder, cover and simmer for at least an hour. Chili powder can be added to suit individual tastes.
