Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    Granulated Sugar, 2 1/2 cups
    Butter, salted, 1/2 cup
    Milk, canned, evaporated, 3/4 cup
    Marshmallow cream topping, 7 oz
Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped

Directions

Combine sugar, milk and butter in a heavy 2 1/2 - quart sauce pan - bring to a boil, stiring constantly. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat (on 4-5 for elect stove) until candy thermometer reaches 238 degrees (or candy forms a ball when dropped in cold water). Stir constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat and stir in Peanut Butter and mix well. Then add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla. Stir till well blended and pour into a 13X9 pan. Makes 3 pounds. I also like to add a few nuts on top before it cools.
