Ingredients

    :
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 20 ounces cooked
    or 27 ounces raw
    Balsamic Vinegar, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Bell pepper, Red, 1 medium pepper, 2 serving (remove)


Directions

Cut in half red pepper
Boil Pepper 10-15 minutes or until moderately soft
In a non-greases skillet add Red Pepper Chopped In Strips and cook until outsides are slightly charred and pepper is soft. Add Peppers, balsamic from pan and all other ingredients to washed, thinly sliced chicken and Broil for 10-15 minutes flipping once. I usally serve over brown rice only 1/4 cup or on a whole wheat wrap.

    A tablespoon of black pepper was way too much! Next time, I will try using half as much. Over all, it was better than I expected. I used a green bell pepper because the red ones weren't on sale. This is a pretty quick meal to create, so I can see myself making it again before too long. - 5/3/11
