Introduction

I found a good food that is no fat for snacking.
It is sweet and crunchy. It makes a lot and it is a good munchie food and has a lot of fiber and antioxidants

Ingredients

1 whole orange preferably navel (without seeds)
    1 cup cranberries
1 cup sugar or sugar substitute equivalent
    1 large box orange jello

Directions

Take an orange, 1 cup of cranberries or blueberries or any kind of berry, grind them up (orange rind and all) in the food processor. Add 1 cup sugar and let it sit overnight. It makes a relish. If you don't want the sugar then use splenda or something. Then make jello. I use orange. Pour it in the relish and refrigerate.
