    1 pound chicken breast (cooked and cubed)
    8 Oz smarttaste Rotini
    1 cup cream of chicken soup fat free
    1 cup chopped broccoli
    1/2 a small onion chopped
    1/2 cup red peppers


If not already cooked, heat oil in skillet and stir-fry chicken, and then set aside
Cook pasta as usual
In skillet add onions and cook
Add in broccoli and peppers and cook a few minutes
Add in chicken, pasta, and cream of chicken soup and cook until bubbly
Makes 4 servings
I'll sometimes add in some garlic, or red pepper flakes to zing it up a bit
