A recipe inspired by Chef Megs. It uses more homemade ingredients. It takes a little longer, to make the beans from dry, but you can make a big batch and freeze them for other recipes. Ingredients

    *1/2 recipe of pinto beans. .5 cup dry or 2.5 cups cooked
    *1 full recipe of TVP taco meat - 1 cup TVP, 1 tbsp homemade taco seasoning, .5 Tbsp olive oil
    * .5 cup fresh salsa or from refridgerated section
    * .5 cup homemade guacamole
    * 1 cup nonfat greek yogurt


Directions

Spread beans in bottom of shallow dish, e.g. deep pie pan.
Top with TVP meat, spread evenly.
Cover with Salsa.
Spread guacamole
Spread greek yogurt
Serve with tosted whole wheat tortilla pieces,baked tortilla chips or veggies.
