Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground turkey
    3/4 cp milk
    1/4 cup quaker oats
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp oregano
    6 slices of provolone cheese (my favorite but could use any)
    5 slices cooked and crumbled turkey bacon

Directions

Soak oats in 1/4 cup milk for 30 minutes or until all milk absorbed.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese. In a loaf pan layer turkey, cheese, turkey cheese, turkey.

Bake 1 hour (internal temp should be 180 degrees)
