Ingredients

    Mix; 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree , 2 TBS melted Butter, with 2 Cups Non-Fat Milk and 2 Eggs, set aside.
    Mix dry ingredients; 3 Cups plain Old Fashion Rolled Oats, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1 -1/2 tsp baking powder.
    Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture and then fold in 1/2 toasted walnuts, 1/2 golden raisens and 6 chopped pitted dates.

Directions

Serves - 8
Coat 9x13 baking dish
Preheat to 350 degrees
Bake - 30 to 45 minutes, until firm
