A quick, throw-together breakfast. 5 minutes to prep, 5 minutes to nuke!
If you don't have or like quinoa, just substitute more oats!

Ingredients

    0.75 cup of steel cut oats
    0.25 quinoa flakes (yes, you can get it in flake form)
    2 tbs. to 0.33 cups of craisins
    10 pecan halves, broken into smaller pieces
    2 cups water
    Sea salt to taste
    2 tbs. maple syrup to garnish (1 tbs. each serving)

Directions

Put the oats, quinoa, salt, craisins and pecans into a larger microwavable bowl. Cover with 2 cups of water and microwave for 5-6 minutes.

Divide into 2 servings, garnish with 1 tbs. maple syrup and enjoy!
