Introduction
You'll never believe these brownies have less than a gram of fat each! Don't eat them all at once - they taste EVEN BETTER after a few days!If you don't have applesauce, peel and core an apple, cut into chunks, and stew in a little water on a medium heat (with a tiny dash of nutmeg and cinnamon if you like) until soft. Then puree with an electric whisk or blender. You'll never believe these brownies have less than a gram of fat each! Don't eat them all at once - they taste EVEN BETTER after a few days!

I made these & converted to cups. They are pretty good, but not very moist.
Here are the conversions- 60 grams cocoa powder = 1/2 cup, 200 grams of sugar= 3/4 cup sugar,
60 grams whole wheat flour=2/3 cup, 180 degrees C =350 degrees farenheit.
I didnt have coffee, but they were very chocolatey. - 4/1/16
