Ingredients

    1 cup bread crumbs
    4 slices mixed grain bread
    1 cup diced celery
    3/4 cup diced onion
    1 cup chicken or turkey broth
    1/4 cup non fat milk
    1 large egg
    1/4 cup eggbeaters
    no stick cooking spray

Directions

preheat oven to 350
mix all ingredients together
spray square 9 inch pan with no stick cooking spray
put mixture in pan
bake for 30 to 45 minutes depending how dry you want it to be
