Ingredients

    Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup, 2 servings
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips
    Cardamom, ground, 1 tsp
    Cloves, ground, .25 tsp
    *Corn Oil, 1 tbsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 plum tomato
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Scallions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    *raisons 1/4 cup, .5 serving
    *Wyler's Chicken Boulion Cubes, 1 serving

Directions

dice all the veggies into cubes.

Wash and drain the rice, set aside
saute the onions, carrots, bell peppers, and garlic in oil
until golden brown and tender
add the cardamom and cloves

add the tomato and cook until soft
add the rice, add salt and pepper to taste

add 3 cups pf water and boillion cube

cover and simmer on low heat for 22 minutes.
