    2/3 cup corky's barbecue sauce
    2/3 cup smuckers sugar free raspberry jam
    3 Tbsp finely chopped onion
    2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
    2 tsp minced garlic, divided
    2 tsp Liquid Smoke, divided
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 cup water
    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces/strips


In a small bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, jam, chopped onion, peppers, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke and salt; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Place the chicken wings in a baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Top with sliced onion and remaining garlic. Combine the water and remaining Liquid Smoke; pour over chicken.

Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
