Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 1 stick
    Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1/2 c.
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1/4 c.
    *Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp
    Banana, fresh, 2 cup, mashed
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    Water, 2 tbls

Directions

Melt margarine and mix with splenda. Mix in egg substitute. Separately, sift together the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Combine the bananas, water and vanilla. into the "wet" mixture. Combine the "wet" and "dry" ingredients. Bake in greased (with pam) at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
