Ingredients

    Cook 1 cup brown rice
    While the rice is cooking prepare the stir fry
    Chop the following:
    3 cloves garlic
    1 cup celery
    1 c mushrooms
    1c onions
    3 carrots
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 yellow pepper
    1 chicken breast
    Heat wok, add peanut oil.
    When oil is hot stir fry onions, garlic, carrots and celery
    When onions are translucent add peppers mushrooms and chicken
    When peppers are slightly softened make add cooked rice
    Make a well in the center of cooked mixture
    Add eggs, cook partially and then toss into mixture
    When the eggs are fully cooked at the szechuan sauce.
    Toss heat through and enjoy with duck sauce!
