Introduction

Ingredients

    Pizza Crust Thin (Mamam Mary's), 8 oz
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Pizza sauce (Boboli) 1 pouch
    Oregano (or Italian herbs), ground, 1 tbsp
    Black Olives, 16 jumbo
    Shrimp, fresh, 1lbs, no shell 12-16 large
    Scallops, 1 cup
    Capers, canned, 2 tbsp, drained
    Onions, cut, 0.5 large
    Tomatoes, sliced, 5 medium
    Mozzarella cheese Part-skim, shredded, 2 1/2 cups
    Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded, 1/2 cup

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425F.
Peel the shrimps. Slice olives, onion and tomatoes.
Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. It'll be easier to clean the sheet after cooking.
Place the pizza crust on baking sheet, smooth olive oil all over it. Spread pizza sauce on top and sprinkle with dried oregano.
Continue layer by layer: olives, seafood (shrimp, scallops, crabmeat), mashed capers, onion and tomatoes.
Put the pizza into oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Take pizza out of the oven and put the shredded cheese all over it. Put it back into the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
