Introduction

Super fast and easy. Not extremely healthy, but could be made more so by using whole wheat or rice pasta and adding veggies. Super fast and easy. Not extremely healthy, but could be made more so by using whole wheat or rice pasta and adding veggies.

Ingredients

    Cooked shrimp (no tails)
    2 tbs margarine
8 oz Farfalle (or other pasta)
    1 tsp minced garlic
    Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to box directions. Cook shrimp as well (I used frozen already cooked shrimp, but whatever floats your boat). Melt margarine in skillet and saute garlic but don't get it too brown. Add shrimp and saute for a minute or so. Drain pasta and reserve about 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Add the pasta water to the shrimp/margarine and let it cook down to a yummy sauce.
